With 10+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer specializing in building design and upgrades. Area of focus includes Tenant Improvement, Fire Alarm System Upgrades, Elevator Modernization, and Electrification projects. Always prioritizing clear communication, the goal is to deliver with quality and purpose.

What’s your idea of a perfect day?
An early morning round of golf, lunch at an Italian restaurant with my wife and baby daughter, a quick nap, and then on the ice for hockey at night!

Are you a coffee or tea person?
Coffee! If I’m not making espresso at home, you can probably find me at some new trendy new coffee shop around town.

Faisal Emami, P.Eng

Electrical Engineer with 10+ years in the building industry, specializing in project management and team leadership. Expertise includes Electrical Service Upgrades, Generator Systems, Lighting Design, EV Implementation, and Electrification projects. Strong communicator with a proven track record of aligning client goals with successful project outcomes.

What’s your favourite thing to do on the weekends?
Turning on a good sports podcast and going on a nice run of 10 - 20km.

What 3 items would you take to a deserted island?
I’d bring a hammock to setup for the perfect sunset. Sunscreen because skin protection is important. And a 'Wilson" volleyball to keep me company.

Luke Carbo

Luke is a 2nd year Engineering Science student at Simon Fraser University with plenty of technical project experience in various engineering fields such as electronics, circuits, and programming. Efficient and complete problem solver focusing on being meticulous with their work. Interested in many areas of engineering, Luke is still deciding which specialty of engineering he will proceed with in the future.

What type of activities of excite you the most?
Competition. I love to make everything a competition, so I am always down to play sports, board games, or even a thumb war. As long as it isn’t singing or dancing, I’ll be up for it.

You find $20 on the ground. What do you do with it?
Get whatever snacks I am craving at the time. Usually this would be something along the lines of candy, chips, and pop. A go-to would be skittles, barbecue chips and Dr Pepper.
